Strength & Stability Classes – New Time & Location!

BALANCE for Blind Adults is excited to announce that our Strength & Stability classes are continuing this April and May with a new day and time!

Starting April 1, 2025, classes will take place every Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at our new location:

West Neighbourhood House – Lounge A
248 Ossington Avenue, Toronto

These classes are designed to help improve balance, build strength, and support overall mobility in a welcoming and supportive environment.
