Brought to you by our amazing partners at Vibe Arts, these workshops will provide you with all the moves to make you groove as we explore Broadway Jazz.
Whether you are brand new to dance classes or one of our returning pros, come out and dance with us, enjoy fun supportive fitness, learn new dance moves and have a great time.

Evening Sharing Space Support Group Evening Sharing Space Support Group

November 4, 2024This support group offers a welcoming space to express yourself, share your experiences, and connect with others who understand your journey. Facilitated by Melanie Marsden, a trained professional with lived experience of blindness, the group is designed to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential and supportive setting.
By sharing our stories and listening to one another, we can learn valuable coping strategies and gain new perspectives. Throughout the program, we will also tap into resources through informative podcasts and discussions, introducing participants to support they might not have known about before.
At the end of the 12 weeks, participants will leave with a sense of empowerment, equipped with more resources and deeper connections, and having integrated their experiences in a meaningful way.

November 21, 2024Join us at BALANCE for a series of fun drama workshops lead by local artist, Sophie Rivers. We will explore your imaginations and stories as we play improv games, create scenes, and work on your own short performance piece. By the end of our time together, you will grow your skills in confidence, using your voice, and connecting with your bodies. We will have a lot of fun together, in a no-pressure class. We will encourage participants to explore emotion and creativity through your personal stories, while making connections and getting to know yourself better.
