Language Instruction for New Canadians (L.I.N.C.)
The Canadian government offers French and English language instruction. This is carried out in association with school boards, community colleges and a variety of community organizations.
BALANCE for Blind Adults has partnered with a number of L.I.N.C. providers to facilitate the successful participation of blind and vision impaired immigrants and refugees in E.S.L. classes. Toronto Link Assessment Centers:
