1/4 cup water-packed white tuna
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped pickle
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie or soy mayonnaise
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 ounce cheddar, soy or low-fat cheddar cheese
- Mix the tuna with the onion, pickle, and mayonnaise.
- Spoon the mixture onto the bread and top with the cheese.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes or until cheese melts.
