1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped steamed broccoli
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup diced fresh basil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 whole wheat pita
1 ounce shredded mozzarella soy cheese
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet.
- Sauté broccoli, tomato, basil, and garlic over medium-high heat.
- Spoon the mixture onto the pita and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
