2 ounces sliced chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 finely chopped basil
2 whole wheat or corn tortillas (7-inch)
- Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray
- Sauté the chicken, onion, and red and green peppers over medium-high heat.
- Season with black pepper
- Spoon the mixture into the tortillas and roll up to enclose the filling.
